Harbor Master Boats
The Harbor Master legend began in 1958 with the introduction of the Drifter brand houseboat. These steel hulled boats stayed in production until 1978. Their trademark was spacious living with good navigable characteristics. Today you still see Drifter Boats being used on many of the rivers in the Midwest United States. The Harbor Master brand was introduced to the public in 1974. The first model was a 40' river yacht with fiberglass hull and cabin construction. To date, well over six hundred Harbor Masters in lengths from 34' to 52' have been built and delivered to satisfied buyers worldwide. Harbor Master Boats ceased production in 2008. The plant will not re-open until further notice. Harbor Master models are recognized as enduring yachts that retain high resale value.
