All proceeds of this event will be going to McKamey Animal Center. \nDetails:\nDate: June 15th\nTime: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM\nStarting Point: Chester Frost\nRegistration Fee: $50 per boat (includes 2 people)\, $25 for each additional person \n \nItinerary:\n\n\n\n10:00 AM: Departure from Chester Frost\nRoute: Starting point will be Chester Frost to Chickamauga (collect your first card)\, then Chickamauga to the Bluffs (collect your second card)\, next the Bluffs to Dog Leg (collect your third card)\, then Dog Leg to Skull Island (collect your last card)\, and lastly Skull Island to Pine Harbor.\n10:00 AM to 11:00 AM: Collect the first playing card and set sail towards an adventurous day.\n12:00 PM to 1:00 PM: Lunch time! Tables will be provided\, but please bring your own seating for comfort.\n2:00 PM to 3:00 PM: Event will conclude with awards for the best hand and best decorated boat. DESCRIPTION:The timeless tradition of the Blessing of the Fleet is an event that brings together the community. The Blessing of the Fleet will commence from the bluffs just upstream from the Big Ridge Yacht Club. Marking the start of the procession\, an Erwin boat will take the lead\, guiding the fleet through the waters. The event is scheduled to start at 1:00 p.m. and is expected to conclude around 2:30 p.m. There is no sign-up required\, making it a welcoming event for everyone. \nDon’t miss out on this unique and heartwarming event. See you at the bluffs\, upstream from the Big Ridge Yacht Club\, for an event that promises to be as uplifting as it is picturesque! \n  \nImportant Information: \nWe will gather at the Hidden Harbor Bluffs (just upstream from Big Ridge Yacht Club) and get underway at 1:00 PM.  Chattanooga Fire Department will be behind the Erwin Marine Lead Boat and proceed at a No Wake Speed down to the Blessing area.  We will circle the Blessing Boat and face in to receive the Blessing.  VHF Channel 72 will be the operating Channel.  After the Blessing\, then depart back to your next destination at a NO WAKE speed\, please.
